We here at Royal Glow Aesthetics, strive on shipping out all orders as quickly as possible, as we no how important it is to get your items delivered to as quickly as possible. We are working as safe and quickly to assure we abide by all state laws as well as getting orders out fast.  

Please, expect 10-15 business days for processing, plus 4-7 days for shipping (depending on your shipping option. Business days do NOT include closed business days, holidays nor weekends). This delay is due to several factors including distribution/manufacture delays, and or federal/state/local mandates. USPS, UPS are experiencing longer than normal shipping times which is out of our control. We recommend for you to place your order in advance to ensure you receive your order in time.

If your order hasn't shipped after 7 business day, you will receive an email notifying you the details of your order. 

Some reasons for delay could include the following:

• Item(s) may be back ordered.
• Distribution/Manufacture shipping delays
• Monthly Subscription items are shipped on monthly date.
• Item(s) in your order were presale which means it will not ship for approximately 2-4 weeks.
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order.
• Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods.

If you are local to the Atlanta area or surrounding areas, you have the option for local pick up from our retail store.
